Octavia Lynn Lee Griffin, 10 day old infant daughter of Stephanie Gregory and Jessie Griffin of Madison, passed away at 8:46 AM on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born September 11, 2016 at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, Indiana and weighed 5.5 lbs.
She will be remembered forever by her parents; maternal grandparents, Dane and Jennifer Gregory of Madison; paternal grandmother, Melissa Griffin and paternal grandfather, Joseph Griffin, both of Madison; maternal greatgrandparents, Danny and Jenny McAlister of Madison, aunts and uncles, Corey Stewart, Tiffany Connelly and her husband, Zach, Brittany Gregory, and Joseph Griffin, Jr., all of Madison, and Carey Calhoun and her husband, Ryan of North Vernon; several great aunts and uncles; and thirteen cousins.
She was preceded in death by her maternal great grandparents, Alvin and Clara Gregory and Amelia (Palastrini) Gregory; paternal great grandparents: Kathleen Griffin Amburgey, Linda (Hamm) Burnham, and Donald Harold Burnham.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Sunday September 25, 2016 at the Lytle Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, Vail Chapel, 117 Holt Drive, Madison, Indiana with burial in Springdale Cemetery.
