Angela J. McIntyre, age 58, of Vevay, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at the King's Daughters' Hospital in Madison. Born March 10, 1959 in Madison, she was the daughter of Robert and Susie Green Richardson.
Mrs. McIntyre was a 1977 graduate of Madison Consolidated High School and worked in the medical records office for Dr. Howard Jackson for thirty years until his retirement. She moved to the medical records department of King's Daughters' Hospital and was working there at the time of her death.
She married Samuel O. McIntyre in 1979 at Trinity United Methodist Church in Madison.
She will be sadly missed by her husband; one daughter and son-in-law, Sarah and Chris Gross of Vevay; one sister, Peggy Goodman of Owensboro, Kentucky; and two grandchildren: Alayna and Jordyn Gross.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
The Reverend Frank McGee will conduct memorial services at 7:00 PM Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at Lytle Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, Vail Chapel, 117 Holt Drive.
Friends and family may call from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
